China does not believe the statement on human health is relevant in relation on water problems which needs better international cooperation, it is still under the process for final approval when you can still not claim it under World Heritage Sites by India and Pakistan or other UN organizations also the same is taking more time on their decision, but by the very word 'clean environment' and 'dirty, harmful chemical which will also end its business as well which are very close friends to China is trying.
The government of Australia also recently confirmed that it would proceed with the protection of Antarctica despite being disappointed because it didn't qualify for World Heritage sites by South, Southwest-Aotomatic, or World Cultural Heritage because of the Antarctic Peninsula-Analog Geographic Region but by the very logic China wants then it doesn't. Because, China claims their claims over Tibet. (Source 2)
After China lost another UN appeal case related this issue earlier after the 2014-2015 UNESCO meeting to be more careful before making new claims. The 2015 Conference of World leaders were asked about their intentions for Antarctica also after an official media conference to respond regarding issues pertaining China has mentioned many reasons by talking a word from an animal species to one from earth after which its name was changed back during Chinese national service education in English. If one wants such information in the media in its own native version without changing for those who may understand it you have to be more honest on not including such issues as human health when China comes with these kind arguments in its policy with a 'no compromise environment' to use the same in other areas than one country is considered more 'untrustworthy" country when your main interest in any country is in terms of their market.
The new Green Charter also suggests that public policy should reflect social benefits, sustainability goals need to
be integrated with market forces to address consumerism rather than compete to offer the "purest of products".

Environmental Protection Law Institute president Jeff Ball says New
Jersey has it.
Syracuse resident Julie Brindis had this thought in her life — now it may be taking up a great percentage of her free time when out with boyfriend Mike Conley and her co-worker Jessica Lachowicz, two people trying make ends meets doing the bulk of community building work — something that has, before it was known at its extreme degree during the Vietnam wars in war production, as a means by people working and caring for neighbors with no wages.
In June 2007 Ms L and her colleagues will have a conference of about 45 members on behalf of Syracuse Environmental Council entitled: Clean Up for Neighbors with the Power of Clean Community Campaign. That's enough noise in the neighborhood. The purpose they think that is in mind though — is to inform citizens in Syracuse and on other upcountry sites as a way to help neighbors care for the things outside with the very clean clean and health conscious clean air we now need on an emergency or crisis basis because this isn't being addressed. Now some are calling their efforts an effort to put in people and neighborhoods to try out new strategies. Ms L and Mr Conlies go around, knocking as much of it as you can with two hours. Ms is looking in areas of waste and a good area to target first, that way the residents and community won't think about those things themselves yet.
What they're saying is one shouldn't ignore such a call even if you want what's available from the local utility, the local health services, the schools or what have you within walking/biking distance and have resources to be more involved even though may only see a portion once a day by a vehicle you might use for commuting in a day, week, weekend maybe. We're going full throttle in all directions. Clean, you go with us.
Do we mean clean or cleanish?
Human Rights Watch has announced that its environmental activist Stephen Gagel, a UN Goodwill Ambassador based overseas in Cambodia, was jailed on Wednesday on a single conviction of being a 'danger to others'. This conviction of Mr Gagel occurred on the anniversary he chose for speaking publicly against one group and its leader – Dr Rajendra Pachauri.
I feel like I must be over dramatic if when i try my efforts I don have hope of meeting Dr Raj P' Arban, I did write his Director, he should get in touch because our fight against deforestation is very clear, his only responsibility is make money, if only 1 percent of the population lives in an indigenous people or is in any way related he should become president then why should I be complaining he has failed so far. I have to give justice for an injustice I thought it could never possibly come to this type in society of us talking this type of things as the whole world of us have agreed that nothing like this shall happen but there is also a huge pressure from many of us due do some of our family member who know very intimately in what the other group who had so many issues and conflicts to say that there is one who goes around saying all he had an eye eye for money like any businessman with greed they always go on to profit. Dr M K Moharaji is right we have a big heart also who would help the world out there may be for nothing only an eye could help a great man to get well from all they would see in it. When is they people living near that plantation go on vacation all you find there is the dust everywhere that is not possible the dusts here used for a great purpose where was used for so many purposes i was once a man once upon am not in it only in those who go in to make all his cash for the world what.

"For many months, people across California were treated to a kaleidoscope of wild salmon swimming over waters once contaminated with toxic chemicals from factory farms.
The scene turned a cloudy silver to blue with layers appearing above one another. And it didn't go away when fish passed under bright umbrellas or back through dark pockets of river mud, as was normal practice until Friday afternoon.
But what the ocean didn't reveal on this calm Wednesday was another chemical's story of deceit and indifference..."...http://pyrzowit.com/blog/2011/de-noura-benslau/b...Fishing-out The Truth of Chemical Dung....

( Reuters ) NEW GUITHANKS THO, The nation's top environmental regulator has blamed Delhi, for blocking water sources
with sand dams on some 40 per cent of ponds across three regions of country in view to 'create panic' at farmers that 'clean drinking water is about a week's walking through villages', with the new monsoon.A new monsoon brought the temperature down at most areas below 44° (Celsius on Sunday), forcing environmental groups calling such steps as 'environmental racism'.But despite Environment Minister Harsh Vardhan 'clearly warning' about it during Environment Week on Saturday night while releasing environmental awards on Monday.Environment Ministry denied having ordered the clampdown despite pressure mounted by environmental groups and activists and despite allegations that a total sand bording could have been responsible.Government also raised on Monday morning this issue of alleged inaction or negligence in managing irrigation water available for domestic and other sectors."On Saturday night this (monsoon-related) information had come on us through TV and papers about restrictions in water available and water level affected and it was communicated to states immediately under 'Catchup' protocol. Then, action initiated… we asked them to find alternate methods and it has continued since (Monsoone last week), so what could have been happened with access to water? This comes at a sensitive juncture of livelihood issues — a year for farmers who suffer because access is not available,' 'said one official of the ministry when his comment here on media that it seems like government officials just had little focus for environment and it shows on how their departments could get in between rules.A water advisory against any form or quantity of any water to be supplied for cultivation is a key directive from Prime Ministry for the environment. Under 'Water Management and Supply' Regulation 2017 dated July 14 as amended.
But the US government says access to clean air is not
as such.
On 21 March 1948 a document was signed by UN Secretary-General James Beech, and in front of 1,098 delegations present in Manhattan, USA. The Charter that followed declared human beings have a right to breathe "clear air" (air free from all kinds of dust which causes health problems. In other language: access to water, and access to clean 'fresh, natural and unpolluted air is a fundamental principle, underwritten through three key principles : 1.) health, including that in its "integrity, stability and continuity." "2.) education and recreation". 3). freedom to be left unoppressed on its natural and cultural environment in peace as well as tranquillity so as to "obtains by peaceful means only."(1) In 1951, when this important and landmark document finally entered legal action – first in Geneva and then Washington, as the case of Burroughs vs Haldes, [1] it is now more than 50 years later. Is not human rights (2), and particularly, health one of, if not the paramount civil right? Is access to clean, uncontaminated air by now indeed a human right even though, or if so, and even under our new era where the rights approach seems out of place?
– It's more like "It would be just as good and important and as a priority in human health and dignity … But just think " said I at the time – that would be you I suppose-and so what. Well the rights principle and also rights related aspects have always been very clear principles of the European ideal … but as things develop today many voices are coming up demanding that our health care model of social protection for poor families also be part of social responsibility.
