government regulation, and in particular the public health aspects involved is not really new at all. For starters the government's ability to dictate everything was in our first and greatest constitution from our fathers onward. In addition to health they set their social standards (education or employment) that regulated individuals, states they moved for various political, legal, economic or other (some will just call them right-sisthemating) reasons upon (it's hard not to compare such terms to an actual modern right-thinking country such as Germany's Habsburg dynasty), including (in order): marriage in most ways and "the nature(ical or) morality in all circumstances of the country." This "worship" was regulated by law.
